The billing cycle for TNCRIM access fees is from July 1st through June 30th of each year.
Charges are based on the number of users with TNCRIM Service and not specific to individuals.
Online payments may be made by credit card or E-Check only. No paper checks will be accepted!
Failure to pay timely will result in the termination of all user accounts for your Agency. You may contact the Help Desk
at apps.support@tn.gov if you need help with deactivating user accounts.
